There's a uniquely Christian symbol that I think was re-popularized in America, actually.

That is not anywhere to be found in Islam, which I actually very much

would brandish and identify with myself. The fish, exactly. The fish. The Jesus fish is the one of

most powerful symbols to me, which I would have no problem fighting under a flag of the fish at all.

The fish, yeah, that is a very, very powerful symbol.

And it's nowhere in Islam, you know, which shows that Islam has a long way to go in my view, you know, to fully comprehend the message of Jesus.

Well, not Islam, but Islamic thinkers and scholars.

No, I don't think it's Dagon.

I'm writing about it, you know, so you'll know what I mean.

But it's an extremely powerful symbol.

No, the fish is an extremely powerful symbol.

Um, why is it powerful?

Well, it has a lot to do with Greek idealism and stoicism.

And the fish is like a total repudiation of that. Or it's a way of, um,

overcoming that, you know?

That's really all I could say for now. but it's an extremely powerful symbol you know it's like well put it put it this way i'll just

simplify like to to give you a simple description without getting into the g idealism and stuff, if you think of it this way, the miracle and the message of Jesus washes ashore like a fish, you know, out of the water.

And this is what it means, you know.

It's like the morning after Christ, there's this miracle, you know.

Um... There's this miracle, you know, that washes ashore, you know.

And this is my interpretation, just like, you know, it's like the baptism.

Is it related to debt forgiveness?

It's like a very active, powerful symbol in Christianity.

Basically, it's like, uh, it's like from there comes, washes ashore something, you know, um, where, where you thought there was nothing,

because you're looking at the water,

you can't see something washes ashore.

By itself, by the way, passes a miracle.

And it's like, I don't know.

I don't know if this makes sense to you, but that's what it is to me, you know?

It's a, it's a trace, it's a signal, like a, like, uh, like La Cohn's work on the trace, you know, like, uh, when you see a, an imprint of, uh, someone stepping on the sand you see their footprints it's proof of something that has happened and there's many many ways to understand that because the whole thing about greek philosophy and idealism and stoicism, how from the, you know, this kind of geometric abstractionism of these very crude two arcs, the semblance of something that signifies something that's not abstract, you know, which is a fish, comes to appear.

So you have these arcs coming together, right?

And then it looks like a fish, basically.

So that's also the same as a fish being washed ashore from a great body of water, you know?

Like, out of something that appeared abstract and vast and insurmountable, something,

uh, something determinate came, you know.

It's like baptism.

It's an ontological baptism, you know. This is a lot, this is too deep, you know, I don't want to get into it uh it's too difficult to

explain right now uh you don't get it well i mean i don't know i don't get it?
