And I'm wondering, do you think if it does get that case and the Supreme Court says, yeah, this is bullsh, or whatever court says, yeah, this is a clear infraction of the First Amendment, you can't do this even though this person's on the student visa, et cetera, et cetera.

Or I guess he has a green card.

Do you think that the Trump administration would say, yeah, fuck that, we don't care.

We're trying to alternative forms of organization that are outside of the state apparatus, which we don't think is going to last forever.
