and had been established
a national board to draft it and hadthe heading, stuff, graphic, and edit it.
And then we sent that document to the National Board.
And the National Board weighed in and added its five cents. It's dime, it's dollar. It's $50 note in some cases. And we added another layer to the discussion.
And then that was submitted to the National Committee of the party.
And the National Committee chewed on it for a while and then we did another revision and that is what you have before you published at CPUSA.org.
And it will serve as one of three, as I said, as we walk down the road to the Convention.
And by the way, that discussion will go on.
Up to and through the convention,
and will only end on June 9th when we gather
in the closing session of the convention
to sing the international. So that was, this is the collective
process that we are engaged in that helped shape that document.
I'll say a couple words about the concepts,
some of the ideological political concepts
that undergird the document.
Get on with it.
First thing is that it asserts the promise of the fight against the fascist right, the mega rate,
and the need for a broad front in order to combat it.
But it also posits the need for working class leadership of that front.
And the imperative of fighting for that leadership because left alone, you know, this is the only time this guy gets attention from the ruling
It's literally for me it's forced is the only is the maximum
engagement he will ever get in his life leading role of the working class throughout. That's the first thing. Secondly,
the the fascist danger is clear and present. The document. from doing this. Present.
The document
recording in progress
asserts that in fact it is a
I don't know if they're going to open this up.
I'm not going to lie to you guys.
But I have no idea if they're opening this up to the public.
We might have gotten bested, honestly.
It is, according to the document, but a symptom of a deeper crisis.
I think we've been bested, guys I mean like, I don't, I don't, a systemic crisis of capital. I think they prepared.
They knew we were coming.
Political, economic, social, kind of smart. They're not opening it up to the
public. Does anyone know if we can... And then the document goes on to argue that this crisis is...
Well it's been foiled. All right, it's been foiled. Yeah, this has been foiled
Yeah, shut the fuck up
Shut the fuck up Joe Sims. We've been foiled guys. We've gotten got the words of Joe Sims, we've gotten got.
Let's go back to our headquarters and let me talk about what's going on.
So I heard that today, it's actually pretty crazy the story I have to tell you.
I heard today that, you know, the C.P. USA is doing a big meeting for their convention,
for the convention that they're going to be holding and I was like all right
Let me get the link to that
But the issue is that you know
They were not open to the public but I was at literally at the gym, and I was like, I'm gonna rush, I'm gonna make this.
I was late, but it's all right, you know,
we'll get him next time.
Just wanted to ask Joe Sims a few things.
Honestly, I really just wanted to ask him
if it's harm reduction that 30,000 civilians
have been killed in Gaza and has the harm been reduced as he said it should, as he said
it must.
And I was just a little faintly curious about that.
By the way, guys, thanks for the sub.
Sleeper Cell, PJ, Joe Sizzle,
thank you so much, I appreciate you guys.
I see you.
I don't deserve it though,
and I'm only doing these actually because I,
I think the community is in need of some
Weekly updates and guys I also have to tell you something pretty crazy
I see I saw my family I'm not doing this thing where I'm like isolating myself from them
Which is pretty extreme to write this book. So I see them about once a week.
And every time I see my family, I'm giving them like my streamer energy.
And they're like, why the fuck do you have so much energy?
And I'm like going on crazy rants.
Not about politics, but like like just on just being funny and
stop being entertaining way more than usual and that's when I realize that you know I really
miss the streams right really? Really missed the streaming.
Anyway, I have some good news.
Today I woke up very early.
Yesterday I woke up at 8 a.m.
Decided I was going to reset my sleep schedule, reset my life.
So I did that, and I woke up early today,
and it's been pretty great, and that's why I was able to stream as early as I have now.
As early as I'm streaming right now. Uh,
now I have people in there. Surprise guest in there right now, and people are going to
tell me if they open it up, and if they do, we're going to go right back to the Zoom meeting
just as we were before.
But I think they already caught on to us.
I think Terran Feevek already got caught wind
that Helga Zepp LaRouche has sent in her finest soldier to disrupt their meeting.
Anyway, Thursday I was supposed to stream and I want to clarify that next
Thursday I'll also be streaming and that Thursdays are the regular date in
which we're going to stream. What I want to know for today is is code along
here because we at last need to hold the trial of Codalong but I don't
know what oh my god there's some drama going on in quarantine we need to get Kodalong and he's, okay, Kodalong is here.
He's in the quarantine.
Is he here though?
Is he here right now?
Because we needed to hold this trial.
You know, very much yesterday we needed to hold the trial, but it's been postponed by so long
Guys, I also want to give you a heads up on a lot of big moves
Are going down this month which I can't tell you about, but what you are going to know about,
when it happens, you're going to know. Big moves are going down.
And it's a pretty exciting optimistic future, if you ask me.
If you knew what was on the plate, I mean, Jackson's alluded to this a little bit. He's told you about if you knew it was on the plate I mean Jackson's alluded to this a little bit
he's told you about if you knew it was on our plate you'd be freaking out you'd
be really fucking excited and you'd be so happy that you've made history
officially because you guys are here to witness this you guys are here you've been here to witness this. You guys are here, you've been here to witness this and it's
pretty, pretty crazy. It's pretty crazy if you ask me. I also would like to say a few things regarding the news recently, which is what I wanted
to talk about.
In addition to other things, it looks like as I predicted, and I'm not saying I predicted this a year ago, I'm saying
I predicted this a few months ago, been saying we should keep an eye on it, looks like
Trump is kind of going in the direction we thought he probably would based on the early endorsement he got from Marco Rubio and
Lindsay Graham
And let me show that to you now he said said this before, but I just think it's pretty interesting.
All right, so this was shared by Michael Tracy. I'm not here to be a doomer. I'm not here to
Be completely, you know, pessimistic about anything
But I just want us to keep this in mind to understand and appraise the current political situation.
So Trump finally elaborates his Ukraine position,
according to Michael Tracy. He says that he'll get the European countries to match with the
US ascending to Ukraine and that he's not going not gonna cut off arms to Ukraine. He's gonna
increase arms. Now logo said something about this I find very intelligent which
I'm gonna convey to you. Before I do that I want to address some things. Earlier
today I was in a space very generously invited to it by D&D Geopolitics.
Thank you so much.
XIL, Viking, I appreciate you.
And basically said, like, we're having a space with Julian.
It's going to be a Q&A.
You should come and talk to him.
So I joined and I kind of realized that it would probably be better to just wait for when
me and Dugan have a one-on-one, which we are going to be speaking and having a discussion, just me and him,
because there are just a lot of people in that space that were waiting and they
had a lot of questions and it wouldn't really be fair if I like hijacked the
whole thing and like made it about what I wanted to talk about. So if you if
you're disappointed by the lack of discussion between
me and Dugan in that space, you know, that space was not a Haas and Dugan space. That was a
Dugan space. It was a general open Q&A. And thank you so much, MIG. I appreciate you. I see you, Khan.
And me and Dugan are going to be having our discussion
a little bit later.
I'm not going to spoil it for you because the enemy's always watching.
Literally, but I just have to say, you know, don't be disappointed because we have big things coming up as far as that's concerned.
Anyway, regarding Trump and the cringe he's been saying, so this, let's just watch the clip and then I'm going to explain to you what logo said
and why I think it's smart and basically how this is going to play out.
And you know, Ukraine's an interesting case. People always want to know my feeling.
Number one, we're in for 200 billion plus and the European nations are
in for 20 billion and it's more important for them and don't you think they
should equalize? Nobody asks them, it's like I did with NATO. I said we're
spending, we're paying for NATO and we don't get so
much out of it. And you know I hate to tell you this about NATO, if we ever
needed their help, let's say we were attacked. I don't believe they'd be
there. I don't believe. I know the people. I know them. I can tell you country by country who would be there and who.
But I don't believe they'd be there. But I took care of NATO. I said you got to pay your bills.
If you don't pay your bills, we're not going to be there to support you.
And the following day, the money came rolling into NATO.
But the European nations, if you add them up,
the economy is about the same size as the US.
Believe it or not, a lot of people are surprised.
You add them all up.
And they are in for about $20 billion. And we're in for $200 million. Believe it or not, a lot of people are surprised. You add them all up.
And they are in for about $20 billion in word for $200 billion because we're stupid.
All we have to do is say pay.
Nobody ever says to them pay.
You don't even hear that.
I say pay.
And they'll pay, too.
You have to equalize
So that's ambiguous. That's a little ambiguous. All right
To be fair, I actually didn't watch the clip. I just assumed that Michael Tracy what he said was a
Complete now I have to say this rhetorically this video, seems like he's shitting on NATO and of course he's gonna have to shit on NATO in a way that's
befitting of an American president, continuing to honor America's
commitments to... he's like, he's like, listen, we all, the angle here, look, from NATO's perspective,
he's shitting on NATO.
From the perspective of America's adversaries, he's inching the discourse in a good direction. And it's like, but Trump isn't going to be an anti-impa-
Yeah, he's not a, Trump is just a, Trump is a curriculature of a US president.
And you know, a curriculature never deviates explicitly from the thing they're like a caricature of.
Trump isn't going to literally be like, I oppose US imperialism?
Of course not.
He's a US president.
He's a curricuature of a US president, though.
You know, I don't know. I'm going to maintain. The caricature of a US president though, you know?
I don't know, I want to maintain what I was going to say and what Logos said, because
I still think it holds.
I don't know if I would interpret this as calling for new arms for Ukraine as much as is this like,
wow, we got really ripped off by NATO and I'm not going to let that happen again.
Yada yada, yada.
But is it a principled stance against NATO? Of course not.
But they interpreted it as a threat.
So maybe you should somewhat take that seriously.
But I think what Logos said that I still maintain and hold and I suspect is going to be the case
is more or less this idea that what Trump's angle is
going to be is like we didn't want the war we didn't want World War 3 if I was
president we wouldn't have gone into World War 3 but now that we're in it, we have to fight and
we have to win it.
And then all the retards will clap by seals because President Trump said we have to win
the war for Lindsay Graham.
And that's how you're going to win the war for Lindsay Graham.
And that's how you're going to sell war to the American public. I don't see another fucking way to do it, by the way.
You know, I think we need to start appreciating the possibility
that this is going to be the war president, you know?
Now the rhetoric is not observed in this clip, I don't think it is, but if
Republicans are endorsing him this early on in the game? I think there's a strong possibility that this
is going to be a war president. I mean, think about it. If you're the ruling class, do you
think it's appropriate for Joe Biden to lead the country into war? Is that going to rally and inspire?
I mean, put it this way guys. I only need to think about it this way, right? Is there a single figure in American politics
who can rally the population to war? Name one. Name a single figure in American politics who's going to rally
the nation to war. Loyally to go fight and die in a war. Among all the prospective presidents in 2024, if the ruling class has a World War III on
their agenda, what kind of president do they want to rally and convince the masses to
go to war?
It's not AOC.
We need to appraise and accept the reality that it's Trump.
He's the only one who can do it. You think of Nikki Haley as president?
We're going to willingly go and sign up to go die in a fucking war?
Not going to happen.
Do you think that if Biden or Kamala Harris is president, that's going to convince the masses to go to war?
Absolutely not.
The one guy who can...
And I'm not saying Trump is going to do this necessarily.
I'm just saying the fact that he can, and the fact that of course the elites are cognizant of that fact,
needs to be taken into account. It needs to be taken into account why Republicans are endorsing Trump so early in the game.
And it's not split 50-50, it's Lindsay Graham, Marco Rubio, you know, Rick Scott, I don't fucking know, all these swamp monsters basically.
Coming in and batting for Trump, right before the Republican primaries even begin
Why are they doing that? Do you think they don't expect anything in return?
To add and DeSantis of course, but to add insult to injury, to continue saying what I'm saying, to add insult to injury,
Trump himself has admitted this.
In his emails and in his official statements on truth social
i i can't get it pull it up right now because it'll take too long but
take me at my word when i
say that this is what trump said
he said
if any big mega donors
give a even a penny to Nikki Haley.
We're not going to be accepting their contributions after Haley loses the primary.
Now let me translate what that means.
It means we aren't going to do you any favors if you support Nikki Haley.
Let me translate what that means. What that means is if you're donating to me right now, if you're asking me for favors right now, I'll
grant you the favors, I'll grant you the concessions. Just support me instead of Nikki Haley.
I'm sorry, guys. I saw how this played out in 2016.
And in 2016, you could maybe forgive the historical significance of Trump and say that he had
no choice.
He needed to bring in all these Republicans to compromise
underpin undermining the MAGA agenda.
But the second time around, looks like we're,
you know, coming around the corner for the same fucking result.
I don't think Trump is a Russian agent under whose reign it's impossible that a war with
Russia would happen.
I think that, you know, we need to be very vigilant about Trump, not in the sense that,
you know, oh, he's going to destroy our democracy, but more in the sense of,
not from the perspective of being pro-democrat, by the way.. I mean I can't believe I even have to say that.
But just in the sense of we need to understand, see we have this sense of what the popular front is right now.
We have this sense of which forces in America right
now are currently best aligned against the imperialist state machine. We know
it's MAGA. We know it's solidly in MAGA. In fact, it's more MAGA than Trump, right?
When I say more MAGA than even Trump, I mean like, forces deep inside the MAGA movement
spontaneously, started to critique the Vax, started to critique Ukraine.
That was spontaneous.
The anti-Ukraine sentiment within MAGA didn't come from Trump.
It didn't come from the leaders of the MAGA movement.
It came from grassroots MAGA conspiracy theorists who
used Trump's presidency as an opportunity to lend credence to their very eccentric and
counter-hegemonic perspectives.
So this is, this is, uh, Maga for real. This is in the trenches of Maga, right?
But Trump,
um, Trump and the Republicans may try to turn MAGA into something else and it'd be very easy,
aesthetically speaking, to do that from an aesthetic perspective.
You know, when I say from an aesthetic perspective, I mean, you can easily turn MAGA into super-patriotism
with the right opportunistic language, you know, within the right, in the proper opportunistic context you could easily do that.
So we need to be very cognizant of this fact and we need to not have any kind of faith
in Trump.
We can only have faith in the masses because again, all of the great perspectives of MAGA were derived from the grassroots.
All of the cringe ones came from the top.
Spontaneously speaking, MAGA was disposed to be against Ukraine. No thanks to anyone in the
GOP. What ended up happening is this. After Trump's election in 2016, you had Russia
gate. Now why did you have Russia Gate? Because there was a community
in the U.S. already established, very critical of the United States' stance in the Syrian
Civil War.
And by extension, very sympathetic to Russia and to Putin.
And you know, they saw Putin as a guy taking on the New World Order because of the hostility
to him.
Now when Russia Gate came out and
everyone started accusing Trump of being a Russian agent, when it ended up
happening is that everyone started to suddenly look favorably upon Russia.
Other accusing us of being Russian agents, If all the people that I
consider scumbags hate Russia, the Russians must be the good guys. By the way, I
want to say something funny. It's not not necessarily related. I did the Kim Iverson interview which went very well
Once again, I didn't have a lot of sleep, but I think I did pretty well
Anyway, she asked me
Impromptu like I wasn't prepared so this this is
Believe it or not this side of me looks more like me
Then from the front because from the front you don't get the angles
That defined my beautiful chiseled face right so but but she insisted, I mean, she didn't insist,
but she basically said, hey, can you face the camera
and do it this?
And I said, oh, sure.
So I faced the camera, and it's really awkward
because my setup is not how it was like when I was a few years ago when I was
facing the camera from that chair.
It's like angled and I'm like, I'm like, oh, let me slide on in and basically give you
the 411 and not really good, right?
Not very good.
But I was so, yeah, I mean, I didn't show,
the reason I didn't shower, by the way,
for that interview is because I looked fine at this angle.
My hair looked fine.
It's just I look not very good from the front in that interview.
But it's not to say I can't have good front facing photos.
It's just when I'm close to the camera,, it's not a good angle for the front right.
I have to set up my studio differently.
But anyway, that's that whole sleeper saw, I appreciate it.
Do you think it is to Maga Communism's advantage if Trump loses 2024? Many are saying this but it's hard to stomach the
idea of four more years of Joe or worse, Kamala. You know it's it's it's hard to
say this. Um. It's hard to say this. but I legitimately think it doesn't make a difference.
If Trump wins or if Trump loses, I don't see a decisive significance in that.
Because I'm pretty confident that if Trump wins, the ruling class has a contingency plan.
They wouldn't let him win unless they had to.
They don't have to.
And I think they're really hijacking MAGA.
I think that's what they're doing.
And they said, we can't destroy MAGAga we have to hijack it, you know
I think that's what's going on
So, you know, I genuinely don't think it matters who gets elected in 20.
And I actually made a nice tweet about this.
Let me actually do something, because my microphone is just...
Yeah, Zoom likes to nerf my abilities.
I don't think that, uh...
I'm not really of the opinion, I should rather say, that elections matter at all.
I've said this many times.
Especially presidential elections.
Those matter the least.
Presidential on Jackson's calling me.
Give me a sec.
Yo, I'm live right now.
What's up? I'm live.
Yeah, but Joe Sims is just rambling and shit, right?
I can't send the link.
Actually, I could probably send the link here at kick and kick.
Kick chat, not in discord, yeah.
All right, all right, hold on.
I'm gonna put it in the chat.
All right, guys, they're doing a text Q&A.
They're doing a text Q&A.
They're saying they always open it in the end.
They're doing a text Q&A, and I'm just going to like open it in the end. They're doing a text Q&A and I'm just gonna like give you guys the link.
Uh, here we go. Yeah, there's that. I'm gonna give that to you.
It's all yours.
But it's just a text Q&A.
But the spoiler, I think already got spoiled.
I think it already got spoiled. but you know what, you know what, why the hell not?
Recording in progress, Marxist Leninistist movement is that we fight for the independent
role of the working class.
And so at the local level now, we've got to start building those relationships with the
labor movement, with independent forces and
the African American freedom movement and the Latino Asian LGBTQ movements and the women's
movements and in that way, yes, lay the basis for independent political
activity which will probably sooner than later move in an anti-monopoly
direction.
That's my two sense.
It's awesome.
I didn't know if anyone else wanted to comment
on the question, if not, we can move on to the next one.
One of the questions was about,
I think it's more of a housekeeping issue.
It was about the recording,
getting a recording of the remarks.
So I think that most likely will be not a problem, just contact.
God, get on with it.
Why are they so fucking bureaucratic?
Another housekeeping question, I think it's important though.
Is the convention opens for all members or 10 or is it just delegates delegates and
special guests yes all right thank you limited in our size, you know.
All right, this is a hard question.
I think are we asked to endorse Biden or at least not undermine.
CP USA support. So that's, I know we've talked about this question before, but I don't think it's anything wrong revisiting it. I'll just leave it open. Anyone wants to talk? We'll do it like that if you want to approach the...
Why can't you talk?
I'll talk jump on this question, if it's okay.
I think it's very important that the party indicates very clearly that we don't endorse candidates.
So what is it that we're doing? We're trying to contribute to the movements that are gathering in defense of the interest of the working class.
And we are trying to put everything we have into the working class securing the opportunities, the possibilities.
It's a Q&A guys, we can ask questions in it.
And so we've characterized the most negative features
of this moment as being capsulized.
Is there any way to interact with this meeting at all?
And so the working class is gathering in opposition to the MAGA movement.
And so it's not just an electoral activity, it's a movement building,
a movement growing activity. And so what we endorse wholeheartedly is doing everything we can to contribute to the growth
of those movements.
It's a real movement, guys.
And achieving what the working class desires to achieve.
That's true.
The working class is totally forming a movement against
MAGA right now. It's called the Democratic Party.
Endorsing a particular candidate, even though a particular candidate will be benefit from
this activity. But that's not this activity.
But that's not the primary,
that's not the front, the primary,
even though it is the objective
to achieve what we can achieve,
the particular candidate is not the focus of our attention.
So I think given that we are working class people, given what the MAGA movement has said very loudly about what it stands for and what it plans to do
to us as working class people, to us as women, to us as people of color, to us as immigrants,
undoubtedly, it is in our interest to stay. to us as immigrants, undoubtedly.
It is in our interest to stop them.
But it is also in our interest to build the forces
that will force all political, public officials, all politicians,
all politicians, to represent our interests.
More and more, the more organized we are,
the more powerful we are, the more we're able to force them.
Whoever said that, the more we're able to force them to represent our interest.
And that's what the ceasefire campaign is all about.
What are the forces that we need to bring into play in order for the ceasefire demand, which is a humane, fundamentally humane demand to win it? What are the forces, what are the broad forces that can be brought into play in order to win that demand against the most powerful force on this planet?
What are the forces that need to come into play in order to move the most
powerful? Probably the ones that like control the means of production at the work site level.
Probably the ones that can like go on a general strike and shut down the country
in like one day because they actually do real work.
I don't know.
Good question.
Probably, probably the actual working class.
I don't know.
What are the forces?
What are the forces that are important I I have
gee I don't know more questions for a question though they stop making coffee
the US bombs will drop asking about stop dropping in a minute and the other one
was asking about how is the agenda
if grad students go on strike. The pencil factories will shut down, shutting off the global economy.
That's the truth. Grad students make the whole country go around.
The agenda is still being put together, you know?
We are in the process of shaping it now.
We know that we're going to have international delegates.
They'll be speaking. Hello? We we know that there is going to be a discussion.
This is, they've got us, they got us got.
My on?
Yeah, you're on.
Everyone can hear you.
But Joe Sims won, dude.
He won this battle.
The fuck is happening.
Yo, can you hear me?
On the environment. Yo, hello? So, but, we know that.
Your shit is fucked up.
Wait.
Talk?
Yo, hello?
Oh, I can hear you.
Yeah, yeah.
Dude, we got got.
He prepared, dude, they're gonna bore us to death and we're done.
Am I on?
Yeah, you're on.
Yeah, but there's a committee.
Show the lighting I was gonna, I was gonna tune in with.
I was gonna tune in with this shit
yeah let me see this this is actually crazy thanks so much Joe shut up we're gonna
move on to another question we show you guys Jackson right now. This is talking about. I was going
to tune in. On the genocide and gossip. Oh, never mind. I thought they were going to read
my question. My question, the Palestinians.
How are we doing?
How are we doing?
You know, what is our, we know our position.
If you don't know, then you're going to know tonight,
but we know our position, so how can we help
what's going on in Gaza and the horrible atrocities being committed there against not just grown-ups, but also kids.
You know, there's some pictures that have been going around there, you know, break your heart.
You can not just...
Guys, look at Jackson's lighting. Isn't it crazy?
So, look, I can see you.
To talk about the God situation.
Dude, how did you get this lighting?
I got new rights.
What?
And I said, what lights?
Um, brother new, I don't know.
Good, uh, I was going to tune in like this.
Would you like to, uh, take a, and I was going to say something well depended if they showed
video or not if they if they didn't show you were distracted by some of the
if they didn't show video it was going to be absolutely unchained do you hear
this I mean in general as a party labor and why does this
guy get to show his camera? A progressive force within the United States. I brought
50% of their whole membership to the party.
Why is this special role or a special responsibility to basically put it into this violence.
I just jibbering.
Dude, how much did you pay for the lights?
Our tax dollars.
Well, you're always asking me about my lights, but you know. How much did you pay for the lights? Are tax dollars?
You always ask me about my lights, but you never get lights yourself.
Because I'm trying to buy new ones.
No, it's because you believe in dinosaurs.
Fuck and retarded.
You know our clip got clipped and it's like
So you know what it's happening to the
Zionists about the dinosaurs virtually and it's like yeah, they don't believe the dinosaurs
And I'm like of course we don't I retarded
Watch out for the people there.
Yeah, hello?
I asked Joe Sims so many questions.
We have a special responsibility.
I asked a few questions too, but they're gibbering and waiting.
They're really taking their time.
The role of racism in this country.
They kicked me four times.
I made fake accounts.
You know what's funny is I have not gotten kicked.
The United States also trained with a Oh, did you ask a serious question?
I asked one that sounds serious, but it's actually like,
if Joe Sims reads it out, it'll be really funny.
I said, you know, I said,
I said, why just preface everything I said why does why does
Joe Sims support cutting off young Americans winkies and then I said and then
I said does Joe Sims still have a winky and then I said he said in the United said, do you cut off the balls or just winkies?
And, you know, all my questions centered around this.
So, that's really important.
They talked about transgenderism quite a bit.
Did they actually?
Yeah.
No they did.
Are you serious?
Yeah, you weren't listening.
I listened to the full thing.
What?
What was so relevant about it?
Basically, when that demand.
Oh my God, we gotta support our transgender brothers and sisters.
This is true democracy and action.
We can't win that demand, then we're struggling.
But, you know, I think the way I see
I'm in a wheelchair so I can't use my penis so I'm basically transgender
already. I mean obviously the mass protest that haven't happening. I wonder
if this guy's like on our side. It's five resolutions passed.
I wonder if he's actually like infrared.
And labor unions, like their locals,
to pressure them, obviously, is he?
Or is he a hater?
Which has already been mentioned.
Previously, don't tell me if he's, tell me he's a hater.
Oh my God, how's our dean?
To pass resolutions.
Like folks that were obviously saying,
probably their own activity locally.
Would have been not right.
Disruptions of local representatives would have gotten canceled mayors
I was going to for sure get canceled I was going to speak in an accent
yeah where's tos Gupta they're literally erasing indian except dude
they don't accept Indians in the party.
Taj Gupta joined last time, they kicked them out.
I was going to tune in as Jackie Chan.
Not only the administration, no, come on.
And that's also an expression of us building power
and also having influence on our local
electives and learning.
I don't know how many people join, but their Q&A is probably getting flooded.
With nonsense.
It took them a while to kick me each time.
I think they were getting flooded with too many questions.
I think they are, yeah, because I put it in the chat.
So yeah, so in general,
this guy's really stolen.
He's really stalling.
Give it a whole new meaning.
Imagine, cause, imagine if you play a leading role within that.
So here's a thought.
Before we go to Russia, I want to do some like...
Did you leak that yet? Yeah, of course. You said, I... I'll
announce it then. But we're not going to announce the dates, right? You know, even some non-profits.
No, no, I'm sorry. I thought you already told people. I didn't. I was going to be a surprise.
I posted it on Twitter.
Really? Do you mention me? There's a lot of... No, but I mentioned you on my stream.
All right, well, Jackson just broke the news guys. This month month we're going to Russia and I'm going to be
meeting we're not going to reveal that right or did you reveal that no no no
don't reveal well it's not a vacation guys. I'm going on business. So really exciting news.
As we move for a ceasefire in Gaza area. Yeah.
Well, I think that you know, they're, they're, they're, you're tuned to black, you're like a, you're like a, you're like a West Hollywood, UCLA sorority girl, you believe in this black magic, Indian karma, spirituality, shit.
The top elites of society believe it must have some truth to it.
They believe in numerology, which...
That's Zirca.
The army has released studies that all the billionaires do.
He's not wrong about that.
And he makes a somewhat convincing case that's what I'm saying
when Zirca told me my number I think it's what my number met and who the
historical people are behind it I've bought a portrait of them a massive
portrait and it's like the only yeah it's the only thing I have hanging in my apartment.
Well, actually, that's a lie, but it's like, don't reach.
I don't know if I want to reveal that.
Yeah, you want to do that.
Yeah, you want to do. But I've got a whole. reveal that. With with the servicemen, women, veterans.
But I've got to...
Is there in their struggles?
It's Joe Sims, how do you know?
You know, the...
Telga.
Whatever...
Rosanna just loves talking.
She's just like... You know, there's the PTSD.
There's fighting the Veterans Administration,
fighting for the ability to have good men.
What I was saying was before we go to,
I'm not gonna leak anything sensitive, but before we go to Russia, really the only thing we can't jinks is what's going down.
Yeah, yeah, that will help that effort.
Okay, but, yeah.
Before, before we go to, uh, did you see, did you see that, uh, you know, Don Luker on Twitter?
Um, we're gonna move on to.
Bro, my hair's crazy right now.
I just got back from the gym.
I got like a bulk of.
How would, how do we define? You know Don Luker on Twitter?
Yeah
Did you see that tunnel's documentary he did?
No
Yeah, simply so I like this kid because I think he's funny and he's like he's viral and whatnot and he's a I don't know he supports me and defends me and the most it's actually hilarious so he did this documentary racist I watch the full thing and he goes to the synagogue the 770 synagogue or whatever, right?
And then he like interviews someone who is sexually abused in a unrelated synagogue and in that synagogue, like a grown-ass man.
But the interview, apparently, according to community notes, which I don't know, they lie
about me all the time, but according to community notes, the interview in the documentary was
actually an interview from an unrelated video and Dom Luker just
cut like he did like a he cut it to make it look like he was that should be no they do
that he was asking the questions they actually do that shit.
Really they're spreading this documentary.
I don't know if he is.
A lot of you on Twitter are spreading his documentary.
It's called Europa the Last Battle, and it's all fabricated everything.
Like, it's literally random quotes made up on the spot by the people who made it
And they yeah, dude, they go to lengths dude
That shit is fake as fuck
The work I just think that's all but anyways see the reason why I brought it up is because the production quality on the video is quite high.
And he does, when he does the interview thing, he's got this black background like this
and it's like super dramatic, like I need to fix the lighting better, but like imagine if,
you know, the stuff we're going to be doing in Russia
Imagine if you came here before we did it or after and we did some dramatic takes like this I don't know if that's your vibe really but we did some dramatic takes like this where we did like intros and outros
to the videos. I think it'd go hard.
Which videos?
It is a period when, if you look like to the next, oh, what do you mean?
There was a generalization of the fucking video of death.
Yeah, I mean, for dramatic effect.
When you hear people here talk about, why not?
I will die so that Donald Trump could be president again.
They are expressing a fascist, cultural ideology.
This guy's like talking about it. Anding about saying it's all the Trump is
fascist. You're living in it. He listening to this? When they, when you have... I can
already tell what his voice sounds like I'm looking at the video. Possibly attaining
power that would put the people in this call into
prison because people are saying please mute the video and lower Jackson's gain I
beg you are you can identify a I can get out of the a so it you don't have to get out of the video
But maybe lower my gain something and I'll just
Is always the international movement is always actually the struggle against fascism as
The struggle against fascism of our struggle. Yeah, the struggle against fascism is
is voting for Joe Biden. The class struggle, how we understand the struggle against racism,
how we understand the struggle for the expansion of democracy in all areas and all of our special questions.
And so it's sort of lurking, but it's also there.
It's like breathing down our necks now.
And so we have to attend to it.
And we have to attend to it and we have to not be looking for other forms of struggle
that we think are more advanced. Our struggle, I think going back to something Joe said earlier and I
think D said earlier, is that the struggle to mass popular against fashion.
Dude, I'm leaving this webinar. They're not talking about anything.
I'm so loud.
What the fuck?
Okay, this should be better back here maybe.
Yeah, you're not that loud.
Dude, I left that webinar because, uh,
dude, they're just gonna talk about,
there's just gonna be like,
Rosana farting the whole time, that's all it is.
Just gonna be like a waste of everyone's time.
Doesn't sound better when I'm back here?
The, it's just your mic is loud.
Oh, wow.
Yeah, I don't know what to do with that is. Here I could just lower
ears a little bit. Yeah. Yeah, dude fucking um, what was I gonna say?
Yeah, we can't even talk about shit.
We really can't.
Here's an I'll go, we talk about the weather. It's gonna be cold in Russia.
So I'm bringing some jackets. I'm just going to wear my tea. I could
tell the chat this. I got a suit. Yep, and guess what? Guys, guess what?
So the first time was a really small suit, didn't fit me.
My mom got it for me when I was like 17.
Obviously I got a little buff since then.
That shit didn't fit me.
And then I used my dad's too big he's not
that big but he just likes wearing big shit I wore that pretty big I went big
because everyone was saying oh the shoot, the suit is too small.
Uh, and I said, all right, I'll get a big one then. And I wore a really big suit. Anyway,
Uh, now I'm actually getting one fitted.
So that's pretty exciting. Now I'm actually getting one fitted.
So that's pretty exciting.
Hazaldine in a suit.
It's not cold.
Yeah, you know, I don't know why people think Russia is so cold. I live in Michigan,
gay. I live in Michigan, so, you know, I don't know what cold I could find in Russia that I don't already have.
Yo! Where did you get that, Russia?
Yeah.
It's matching. what the fuck?
That literally looks like he's like a, he's wearing a uniform.
This is the, this is the league, the tanky league
But uh, it's kind of crazy
It's kind of crazy hell goes up LaRouche is bankrolling all this
She's basically our sugar mama
I take the I don't do dude. I's like a fine line between making fun of that and like legitimately like
Insulting people that are nice to us for no reason. But, you know, it is what it is. It is, by the way, guys, uh,
Helga Zepplerush is basically bankrolling me and Jackson to take over the world on behalf
of Schiller, the Schiller Institute.
And what's the end goal the end goal is?
What is it again? It's like we want the end goal the end goal is
to
Act as To act as infiltrators into the mass communist movement that's underway in the US, which is really like a really powerful strong thing going on right now
and we're infiltrating it on behalf of Helga Zepplerush. Yankee Tinky had a
conversation with Dugan today. Oh we should we should listen to a little bit of that.
How did that go?
I actually don't know.
I made that up, but...
No, he did.
He was on the space.
I know, I don't know if they talked, though.
Yeah, there's a lot of people, a lot of people who had questions, like a lot.
I thought it would be more appropriate that when we
speak it's you know not going to have too many people. But so Jackson how does it
feel to be a Russian agent Chinese Chinese agent, LaRouche agent, FBI,
Iran agent, Syria agent, all at once.
So you live a very busy life.
The paycheck is handsome. Yeah because people say you know why
stick with one you be a jack of all trade just get money from everywhere. That guy
Oh and Qatar Qatar agent so that's another thing people say That guy who's like he claims to be the son of the Hamas guy.
He uh, he took checks from allegedly from Hamas, Israel, the US, and someone else all at once.
Because he was like a double agent or something.
No, on a real note, on a real note, the most powerful people in the world are double
agents, straight up.
If you read any spy history, they get away with everything. Because they're not loyal
to anyone, but everyone needs them. They're like literally above the law. It's fucking crazy.
They don't have to listen to any rules at all. Except did you see that movie with Brad Pitt and he fell in love
with the double agent? No I didn't see that. She had to she had to end things for herself at the end of the movie.
You can just say suicide. We're on kick. You can pretty much say anything you want.
I don't know the rules for kick.
There are none. Just don't, just don't kill people.
Don't shoot. don't shoot people,
don't go up to someone and shoot them in the head.
You say there's no rule,
that's actually a really good movie,
but you say there's no rules,
but like Zirka's been banned four times, I think.
Is Zerka watching this?
Why is everyone saying ad Zirca? Zirca is not here. What are you talking about?
Bro, Zirca will, uh, I'll call Zerca like like five times over a few weeks and he'll like intermittently respond to my messages
And then he'll call me at like 4 a.m. Five weeks later and be like bro. Why didn't you pick up?
Yeah, when it comes to scheduling, you too both suck at scheduling.
What's that?
You two both suck at scheduling and responding to text.
No, no, I respond.
I respond every day.
What you're talking about?
No, Grayson's good.
You suck.
John's the worst.
Dude, yesterday I was literally buying a suit
and getting it fitted.
Yeah, you guys listen to this.
So, Grayson and Haas and I, we talk, right? And,
Grayson's responding to all my messages throughout the day and like talking and
stuff. And then finally we jump on a call. I'm like,
why have you not responded to a single message all day?
And he's been up for about like seven hours.
He's like, bro, I was buying a suit for two hours earlier.
No, it was four hours. You talking about it. It took four hours to buy a suit?
No, I actually have this really nice coffee place in Dearborn. I'm not going to say which one.
But I went there for a few hours because I was resetting my sleep thing.
Went there for a few hours, had coffee, was talking, and I talk a lot when I have coffee.
Then I went to the mall and I wasn't looking at my phone, crowd any of it.
But, uh, dude. my phone crowd any of it but uh dude Michigan is actually the place to be when
it comes to hot ups and downs shitty winters, great summers, great springs, great fall. Just one thing sucks,
which is the winter. I'mto come out soon.
Another announcement.
Wait, are we announcing why?
Yeah, yeah, I already said that too.
Really?
Yeah.
All right.
Well, we're doing an event in real life with a live audience more details pending
but that's it we're not announcing anything else there's a like way more shit on
the agenda,
but you've only gotten two things to be hyped about.
And it's in Michigan.
Yeah, it's in Michigan.
But we're not gonna tell you the location.
More details to come.
But a lot of things, a lot of moves being made.
Who's the puppet master? Who's the puppeteer?
A lot of questions.
The left this really had a conniption fit over a, I'm not going to lie, Grayson did an incredible
job he carried that conversation.
They had a conniption fit over him speaking and also his comments on his skin.
A conniption fit?
What is that?
Like a complete breakdown.
Yeah, they were coping hard.
Dude, what can they say bad about Grayson?
They can't even say anything.
Like, what could they say?
They don't know anything about him.
The thing is, people think infrared is like,
oh, it's just Haas, and it's a cult,
and nobody, everyone's stupid there.
And it's like, it's like, listen,
we've been a collective for like what, six, eight years or something.
Grayson is almost like pretty much, I would probably say like as knowledgeable as me.
There's a lot of areas he's not as well read as on and there's a lot of areas
he's well read on that I'm not as but it's like when you see people like
Grayson or Ezra or Henry or you know um or Ed or Jorge when you hear them talk they're not that
far off from me you know I'm just the guy who live streams but people were really shocked by
Grayson's performance how well he did but it it's like, what did you think?
You know, this is a collective.
This is the type of people that created infrared.
You know, we don't have stupid people here.
But yeah, he's a good dude, and there's literally nothing anyone can say bad about him, which is,
which is like, it's, yeah.
He is a white heterosexual male.
You know what's funny dude, it's, dude, our enemies, I don't want to jinx it, I don't want to rub in people's face,
but it's like, look, let's say you got Haas killed.
Let's say Haas is gone.
It's like, all right, Grayson will just come and take my shoes, you know?
Or someone else will.
It's like, dude, there's like 11 of us. It's just kind of hard to get rid of infrared
Not gonna lie. It's kind of tough not easy. Yes. It's not easy
But uh Yeah, we got big moves coming and the CPUSA thing was just kind of a treat
I wanted to give you guys.
A little treat.
But. But. Oh, you said you're going to be done with your book like five weeks ago.
You're right. But I, um, it's not.
It's that simple.
I said that, but it's not, and the reason it's not is because whenever I come upon a roadblock,
I have to read like five books, read them halfway, come back to it, read another book, footnote in that book,
go to, and I go out on a whole rabbit hole, and then I write very slowly because I'm,
okay, like I'm gonna make a confession.
I need, the next thing, the next thing after the stream is I'm gonna reread Marx's ethnological
notebooks, which I totally forgot about.
I haven't read him in like six years.
So I'm gonna go back to that.
Just like I re-read Engels's origins for this.
A lot of others, I'm also knee-deep in anthropology and shit right now too.
Like really pages is that shit.
Minimum 500. to like really pages is that shit.
A minimum 500 probably.
And how long does that take you to read?
It's gonna take a while.
It's not gonna be a quick read.
Don't think so.
It's gonna take a long time, not just to read it, but it's like to digest it to understand it. That's why there's there's
some repetitiveness in it which is very important because like I think it I
think the way it's structured is really good because people are going to read the same thing over
and over again but in really different ways so they're going to get it
eventually they're like okay I understand what you're saying because I've if I
say one thing but I'm just repeating it in like a million different ways.
It's gonna be easy to understand what that thing is, right?
Bro, your book is like Kanye's next album.
It's just never coming out.
You know, funny, you mentioned that,
because it wouldn't, listen, 's going to come out I'm not
worried about that I'm worried about it coming out like too late and it's definitely coming
out this I'm not going to see here's why because every time I give an estimate about when
it's coming out it doesn't come out ever
So it's like I'm gonna shut up about it. It's done when it's done. I need it more than anyone else
Simple as that but I'm not George R. R. Martin. All right. See George R. Marn. He got so much pressure
Put it out in chunks. No, this is going to be one fat book. Okay? And I'm doing one book.
Everyone keeps telling me, split it up, split it up. I'm saying I'm not going to split it up.
I'm going to have one fat book by Hazaldine. You know, and then I'll release some smaller books
after that but like I'm not doing the Caleb Maupin thing where I like I put
14 I put the font at 16 I make it 5,000 words and make the book really small so it ends up
to being like 200 pages when it would otherwise be like 50 or something you
know I'm not doing that shit. If I release a book ever that's how it's gonna be
small though with large font yeah he got the spanking wrong but the books right no dude don't do that shit
those are pamphlets those are pamphlets they're pamphlets, they're not even books. Those are pamphlets.
I know, but I like Stalin's pamphlets.
I like that it's like a quick and digestible read.
No, that's good, but those aren't books, they're pamphlets.
A book is like a book, you know?
Honestly, the book you should buy is like the collected works of Marxism-Leninism.
Not necessarily one thing.
But no, you actually, you're right.
See, 99% of it is those small, those small ones.
But if I'm providing... I got a quarter through reading the past day and a half
Henry Kissinger's book on China. Have you ever read that? No. I remember actually when Kissinger died.
I made a tweet and I was like, look, Kissinger was an asshole.
He killed a lot of people.
He, you know, he wasn't an ally.
But I said at the same time, the liberal opposition to Kissinger is ill-placed. not ill-placed, it's based in the fact
that he wasn't a warmonger enough and that he was too pragmatic and realist by their
standard.
And so I wasn't even praising him.
I wasn't even praising him. I wasn't even saying, you know, he's good or anything.
Like, I made it very clear he was a criminal, whatever, and I still had some people who orbit infrared
soy the fuck out out of that.
How could you say that?
And I just fucking blocked them.
I'm like, dude, I didn't say he was a good guy.
I didn't praise him.
All I said was the reason he's condemned isn't because of his murderous legacy in Vietnam.
He was tai- I'm saying he's tame in comparison to the alternative people that were in the
government.
You know who he reminds me of?
He reminds me of like, you know how logo did that?
I forget if it was a tweet or something. You know how, you know how logo did that?
I forget if it was a tweet or something.
He wrote something about how the, I think it was a tweet, he wrote about how like,
Alex Jones is the way he is because he literally just reads Rand Corporation reports.
And he gets stuff about Russia
right because he reads Rand Corporation he gets stuff about transhumanism right
because he reads their reports but he gets stuff about Iran wrong for the same
reasons. Yeah it's like Henry Kissinger was operating from the same reasons. It's like Henry Kissinger was operating from the sense of what is best for the, what is
best for the American government.
And that's why you're so bad on Cambodia and Vietnam, but it's why we also like Scott Ritter, he interacted with
Kissinger quite a bit and apparently Kissinger said that he was Scott, they only met once
and talked extensively, but he said that out of everyone at the White House press
correspondence dinner, Scott was the number one person he wanted to talk to.
And Scott said without Kissinger, we would not have had INF in the START
Treaty. And also he had a profound understanding of Chinese
history very in-depth so I think it's like it's the clearest example of that
sort of line of thought but in a previous generation.
Yeah, and it's like I understand obviously the people in Latin America don't like him for obvious reasons.
I mean, yeah, people in Cambodia. Yeah, yeah. I totally get that, but I just think people don't understand like
what we're trying to say. We're not trying to say he was like a communist or some shit.
We're just trying to say like he was more realistic and pragmatic than the alternative and he was a competent statesman.
You know, it's not necessarily praising him as like a hero or some shit.
Well, one thing he didn't address... a hero or some shit.
Well, one thing he didn't address was like he talked about the beginning of Chinese civilization. And I didn't really understand it because he talked about, you know,
like the story of the yellow emperor I forgot it's like the
the yellow emperor was the first it's like a myth kind of in in China but it
was supposed to be like the first person who established like an imperial China,
but it the civilization was already there and that was like 206 BC or something.
If I'm remembering correct, how did China actually begin?
I've been focused on like Mesopotamia so I couldn't and Egypt I couldn't tell you about China. I haven't researched it. I can tell you about Egypt, but probably not China.
But to the extent of my knowledge, it seems like you had that a situation where you already had settled agricultural, like not, I don't know if you'd call it a civilization, you call it an urbanism.
The urbanism pre-existed the dynastic empire though, definitely definitely from agriculture.
2,600 BC.
Yeah.
It might be that later it became...
See, they say China has a 5,000 year history, right?
They say that it begins, you know, 5,000 years ago, which roughly corresponds.
Yeah, 2,600, 3,000.
The first, I guess, germs of Chinese civilization are there.
Officially, the first Chinese dynasty, of Chinese civilization are there.
Officially the first Chinese dynasty, I don't know about that.
Yeah, but it's like there are, according to the myth of the yellow emperor,
there was already warring parties and like instability and then he was
trying to promote stability so what came before the Yellow Emperor?
So the first dynasty is the... I can't pronounce it.
Shia Chao or I don't know.
The Shia or Siya, I don't know.
Have you ever played that dynasty?
I don't know what it's called.
Have you ever played that Chinese version of chess?
No, I'm not smart enough for that shit.
When we went to China, they had full AI robots that could play against you.
They would like pick up the pieces and play against you.
No shit.
When we went to China, I didn't even tell you this.
They had, I don't think I told you this.
When we went to Wauwai,
they had flat screen computers,
like it was a flat screen and TVs,
but if you looked at it, it tracked your eyes and would bring out a 3D image from the screen.
Are you even a lot to talk about that?
Yes.
All right.
So what is it? It's 3D tracking and what is it to? We couldn't take pictures
but we could talk. They have like a they have like a flat computer screen. Yeah.
But it tracks your eyes and when it locks in your eyes it's like like a 3D, it's like, say there's a banana on the screen,
yeah. When it tracks your eyes, it corresponds and it looks like you can grab the banana, no matter where you're standing in relation to the screen.
That's and you're not wearing 3D glasses.
Does it like move or what it's like has the teeth perception or whatever?
The banana rotates and also if you move left or if you move right your body or your head it follows you
What the it's a flat screen? It's a flat screen and it's like you know when you wear the 3D glasses at the movie?
You don't wear any glasses and it's a hundred times more realistic than the 3D with the
3D glasses.
What is the application of this?
What would this be applied to? Well they're applying it to consumer products, so they're going to sell TVs and computers,
hopefully by the start of next year.
So like 3D movies and stuff?
Yeah.
See, James Cameron is still doing that.
James Cameron is doing what?
Avatar too was in 3D. One of the only movies is in 3D.
It's in 3D with glasses. I know but but in order to make a 3D film you have to film it in a certain way with certain cameras you can't just make anything 3D
right? You need to design it. The other thing is all the cars in China pretty much that they're developing now are smart cars.
And they have a ton of crazy features.
Yeah.
But Waua builds the integral part of the AI systems.
So like, they have a thing now on some of the cars they're rolling it out
where it's like, if you look at the front window of the car, it's a screen.
So like, I don't know how to describe it.
It's like, what do you call that?
It's not virtual reality.
It's, um, AR?
Yeah, augmented reality.
So it's like, if there's a car crash, 100 meters ahead, as you get closer,
there's like a little like triangle with a warning sign that is like hovered over the
car that's crashed, and it passes you by. Everything in the everything on the window
is an augmented reality but it corresponds to what's going on around you.
It's not a screen is it or is it just a transparent glass with that stuff on it? Yeah it's a transparent glass.
Yeah, because I saw this idea that they're going to do a screen in front of your windshield.
Not in China, but elsewhere. And it's like, it'll, well, it's a camera's out front. They're going to show you what's going on.
And it's like, well, I'd rather just have glass a camera's hour front. They're going to show you what's going on and it's like well
I'd rather just have glass a transparent
You know, I don't want this camera to break or
Briefly lose connection and then die right away
No, it's not that it's not that
Yeah, if there's any country No, it's not that. It's not that. Um, yeah.
If there's any country where EVs and automated self-driving cars are possible, it's China.
Not in America. It's not happening here.
EVs maybe, but self-driving cars in the US.
I'm sorry, but like, yeah, the chaos of how people drive.
The chaos of just like the awkward combination of
pedestrian and motorist urban design is so disastrous that it's not
I'll never work in the US period.
The craziest thing was we went to a place, well, Grayson wasn't there that day,
but it blew everything out of the water. It's this zone called Lingang or something.
And they're like building a full new city and they built a lake and it's going to be used as
like a port, a port city.
But they have all these zones for the city.
So they have like an AI zone, they have a chemical zone, they have a, they have all these like emerging technologies that have their own zones within the city.
And it reminded me of that thing Trump was talking about, what do you call him Patriot City?
Quantum leap?
But China's already doing it. They're like so far ahead. Yeah people don't realize
that. It's like it's not a it's not just a meme it's actually real. It was the
craziest thing I've ever seen. They should we went I went to like a museum where they have all the plans for the city.
They have like, uh, like a, where they build the planes, they have the car area. It's insane.
This is...
That, well, you can't really see it, but that's...
Is that the city, the new thing they're building?
Yeah. Thank you.
And like, it's all halfway in development right now.
I guarantee you if we go back in like five or, well we're going to go back sooner than that, but in five, ten years it'll probably be done. Less than that, but in five ten years it'll probably be done
Less than that maybe There's just workers everywhere
Do you think Saudi Arabia is going to build that shit?
No, because that's what blew my mind the most that's what blew my mind the most. That's what blew my mind the most is
that Saudi Arabia's cities seem to be focused more on not like investment in emerging technologies in trade.
They seem more focus on like
improving leisure lifestyle.
Tourism.
The other crazy thing was in China you could order anything and it arrives within an hour.
So like, when people say that breaking mortar is going to die in America, it's actually very true.
Because we were sitting and having dinner, and... I gotta go by the way, but we were sitting and having dinner and
We ordered little
CPC lapel pins and like you could order like if you needed shoes or if you needed like a book and it'll come within an
hour and these came within an hour like think Amazon but it comes in an hour
dude China has cities where they have like a bunch of Eiffel towers and shit, like replicates of European cities. Have you heard of that?
No, but I know Istanbul has the replica of the, you can state a resort, it's a replica of the Red Square,
Cremlin Palace. Yeah, Istanbul has something called a
Kremlin Palace, and it's like, it's the Kremlin but it's a resort so there's like pools in the middle and shit
I've never heard that.
Oh no, it's not Istanbul. It's uh it's in Turkey though I forget it I think it's on the water. It's on the water.
On Anatolia. Anatoly that's a little weird because like Turkey's not even that far from Russia.
Yeah, but they have like you know the St. Bosl's Cathedral. They have a remake of that and it's like in the hotel infrastructure
To scale it looks for what is it scaled?
Yeah, it looks pretty big. I don't know if it's entirely to scale, but it looks pretty big. It looks cool.
Like, basically, you have the view from your hotel room of like the ocean and St. Basel's Cathedral in the pool
Kind of makes me want to go there
But why does it go to Russia?
Or go there on the way back from Russia
Yeah on the way back from Russia. Yeah, very true.
I've got a Russian class right now. Yeah.
You know.
Can I mute the stream for a second?
Yeah.
I'm going to meet the street. Oh. All right, we're unmuted.
Um, interesting.
All right. All right. I'm not saying anything, but it was vague.
Yeah, that's that's vague. That's good. Anyway, because because I wasn't muted. No, never mind. even if i wasn't muted i don't care because
i didn't i didn't really say anything
it's open to everyone
yeah
like there's been a bunch of americans there
yeah yeah
no problem. Anyway, I think it's interesting
that like a lot of people think China's like a shit hole and we're just being ideological
and we say it's a really advanced country and we're literally not.
No we're fucked compared to China they're so far ahead. Straight up.
I didn't really understand that until I went there.
I didn't understand that. The other thing that was interesting in talking with people I met there is they said you can go like on trains six hours into the middle of nowhere and there's like like you're not going to find dirt roads it's like
it's you know smaller very small cities but it's like paved roads infrastructure
all that stuff like and that was all a part of you you know, they say, C.
Zinping.
When I said G, they were like, who, what?
Same was Jinjiang.
Why do we say that?
C. Jinping and Xinjiang.
Is that a dialect thing?
I don't. It's the same thing with like how everyone
says Sun Su and it's actually like, it's like Shunchu. It's C-Zin-Pi-Si-Sin-Ping or Zin-Ping?
C-Sijin-I think it's like C-Sin-Ping or Zin-Ping? See-Zin-Ping?
I think it's like C-Zin-Ping.
See Jin-Ping.
And then like, I always said Shanghai, but it's Shanghai.
Shanghai. But that was all a part of his, uh, and they're very realists with the problems they have there.
Like very open, that was another thing.
Everyone always said like, oh, you can't talk about the issues.
No, they talk about issues more than we talk about issues. Like they're very
reflective. Yeah, people say they're just all like passive and they don't care about
anything when it comes to what their government does and it's like it's not true at all.
They have a lot of conversations about what they reflect heavily on the problems and what direction they need to take.
People don't get this, but like China, China's people are more involved in their government policies than American people are in US policy.
Isn't that crazy?
It's true.
It's true.
All right, I gotta run.
All right, see you later, man.
Peace. We're staying here guys, don't worry.
It's just, uh, I haven't eaten all day, so I gotta eat.
We're staying, don't worry.
Yeah, I'm aware of the CPSA thing being over.
I kind of didn't think we're going to have any luck
since they closed it off.
It's honestly whatever, you know.
Straight up, it's whatever.
Why is Ukraine and Israel trending?
Check that out, Ukraine and Israel. Wow, this is fucking garbage!
Guys, what the fuck is this?
US Senate releases draft of a $118 billion bipartisan bill, $60 billion in military aid to Ukraine. Wow, Exoduster. What's so on on man?
60 billion in military aid to Ukraine
14 billion to Israel and 20 billion for border security
Oh, it's only 14 billion! Elon Musk bought Twitter for like what, $44 billion?
$75 billion is going to Ukraine and Israel.
$75 billion that to Ukraine and Israel.
$75 billion that could be put in the mouths of hungry people. It could be used to help children in America who are in poverty.
We're giving it to them. Great country, great government we have.
What democracy at work?
Ukraine and Israel.
Taking our money.
President Biden.
We've reached an agreement on a bipartisan deal that includes the toughest and fairest set of border reforms in decades,
and it includes support for Ukraine and Israel.
Well, well, uh, well,
well, harm reduction, right guys?
At least the harm was reduced. So, this is why MAGA might have some potential still.
When the bill hits the house floor, I will vote NO!
Yes! Vote NO! bill hits the house floor I will vote no yes vote no see this is what I like to
see you know I don't even know who this fucking guy is but whoever votes no vote
no prevent Israel and Ukraine from being funded that's a but whoever votes no, vote no.
Prevent Israel and Ukraine from being funded.
That's a great thing.
Well, I don't care about the intentions behind it.
I care about the fact that Ukraine and Israel
don't take American money.
Don't take America's tax dollars to kill more innocent civilians.
I want to talk about harm reduction.
It's a nice thing when our fucking money doesn't.
You know, I don't care if it's because of partisan bickering.
I don't care.
I don't fucking care what the reason is.
This is good. We need a government shutdown to block this bill.
All right. down to block this bill.
All right.
Here's our new golden rule, all right?
If anyone votes for that bill, they are immediately declared a shill and irredeemable, no forgiveness.
Simple as that. Watch Yankee with Dugan.
You mean listen. I Bye-bye. I Thank you. Thank you. All right guys, we're going to be playing PAL World.
I'm just kidding.
That's literally a joke.
I don't have PAL World.
That's actually a joke. There's not even an ounce of seriousness in what I just said.
Guess what's on my YouTube homepage?
Uh, something is on, I don't want, I'm not gonna mention it because
I don't want people in the community going and like spamming the chat.
But something really funny was on my home page.
Joe, what's up?
Use the border to get a bipartisan bill to the EU Crow and Zionists.
Typical bipartisan consent manufacturing.
If Texas still goes on that's McGaw
asserting itself opposed to the Republicans.
Thank you, Joe. Says like, I do want to show you guys something.
Fuck it, I will.
So this is in the comments of Wave Media's interview with Jackson,
with Grayson, right?
And I don't know who this person is, but you know, let's let's see who is
this. Please have journalist Caleb Maupanon. He helped lead these Maga
communists to their general analysis. Yeah, that's not true.
Okay. Infra, I don't know how long I have to iterate this. Infrared, independently arrived at Marxism-Leninism,
probably before Caleb Maupin did, and our positive appraisement
of Caleb Maupin initially was because he was the only one in the scene who, you know,
that's it. He was like the only one in the scene, him and Jason Unru.
And Hakim at this time, um, I didn't even know who that was until I started streaming afterwards,
but clearly didn't have a positive view of him after the whole Pat Sock debacle,
whatever that stupid shit means, and is doing pioneering work with his organization,
Center for Political Innovation.
Y'all can pretend that Hinkler Haas or there's Grayson are experts, but they are just
social media personalities.
Where's their political organization?
What organizing have they done?
Watch videos when Jackson spent hours listening and learning
from Caleb. He didn't even know the basics of Leninism two years ago. Now he's some expert.
Lal and Ha's trying to take over the CpUSA. How's that going? Lall?
Caleb has spent years learning and putting his communist ideas into practice.
He has risked his life and established authentic relationships with actual existing social forces.
Not just in the US, but around the world.
How do you judge a person by their fruits?
Maga commune is and fruits don't compare.
Hmm. I'm just a little curious. Like
What I'm curious about is, who is this?
Who wrote this?
I wonder who wrote this.
I wonder who took the time to write this.
Keep mine, this is Wave Media's comment section where they're just interviewing
Grayson, has nothing to do with Caleb Maupin, at all. It's just, and then you guys don't
believe me when I say this guy was trying to gate keep and like prevent us from
knowing the RT people and stuff and yeah
so and then now he's complaining about them.
I mean this is crazy.
You know this is insanity.
I don't even know what to say to this.
Someone's losing their mind.
Someone's losing their mind.
You know, that's pretty insane. Someone's losing their mind.
You know, that's pretty insane.
But, uh, you know what, I can't, you're right.
The Star Wars have communist themes. That's right on my front page.
Yeah, like, yeah, the Star Wars, that's the most important thing right now. You know, by the way, I'm not saying I'm not...
I'm fully serious myself. It's just the pretentiousness of like, oh that Hous guy is not serious. I'm serious.
And you're like fucking talking about whether Star Wars is communist. Like yeah, I'm sorry, dude.
Not gonna have any of that. Pretentiousness.
Simply not gonna have any of too. Run out of ideas.
Sawjack is lying in a back-out.
Whatever. I was always more popularunful than you were.
Before Woker can finish his sentence, he is attacked with a rage of a thousand soy.
I'll tell you.
That's a new Wild Maw video. I just don't understand it.
Don't understand that. By the way, is Kodalong going to be available today?
I don't think he is.
Postpone it to Thursday. If he doesn't join by Thursday, then he is unilaterally
banned forever. That's what we're doing. I do. That's so funny. Yo, I'm gonna common thing is.
Ice. Actually really cool.
Codalong is ready. Is he ready? Is he ready?
He's ready. All right, we're getting in the trial.
All right, wait, okay, okay, okay, code along, get in VC.
I'm gonna go wash my hands and um, this is gonna be good.
We are starting the code a long trial.
Right now I'm gonna go wash my hands.
I just have some pizza or some shit.
We are back. Thank you. All right, order in the court, order in the court, order in the court, the trial of
code along is beginning.
I'm going to start this.
Someone ping code along we need to get his lawyer in and Amirio I don't think can make it
Which is gonna be tough because I'm gonna have to be both the judge and the prosecutor
Because amirio is supposed to be the prosecution. That's okay because I've seen the evidence
And we're gonna do it.
Everyone ping code along in general, but not an abusive way. Okay, we're waiting and he's just...
Not responding. We'reto give him five minutes.
If not, we're going to postpone it to Thursday and he's also going to have a
new charge which is contempt of court. Okay. All right, we're going to wait for him.
Meantime, if the defense wants to get in show queue, we're going to hold this trial, hopefully a quick trial.
Got about four minutes.
Where's your counsel?
All right, he's asking for his counsel. Thomas Brooke is not here right now.
I'm going to do quick trial.
All right, Kodalong, get in for a preliminary hearing.
Okay, we're not going to hold trial,
but get in show queue for a preliminary hearing.
It's a special thing only the infrared court does.
Preliminary hearing.
Okay.
Now, anyone, okay, Thomas Brooke is going to come.
Preliminary hearing, so Kodalong, can you hear me?
Can you confirm that you hear me?
Hey, y'all, I can hear it, yep.
Okay, you can confirm that?
Yeah, I can hear mate.
All right, fair enough.
I'm just on the road, I'm driving at the moment, but I'll just have to fall over.
Yeah. Yeah, got it. Is that how Rocks available?
What's that?
Thomas Rocks would be available?
I don't know.
Oh, that's fine.
It's fine.
Yeah, he should.
He said he is.
So yeah, he should be.
All right.
Well, the stuff I've posted in quarantine.
That should sort of speak for itself, right?
Well, we're going to have to see, honestly.
It's not...
Yeah, no, right.
Because I've been presented with some irrefutable evidence.
All right. Pretty irrefutable stuff.
It's pretty irrefutable.
A Murio is not here.
We're going to do a preliminary hearing.
Are you aware of what you're being charged with?
Uh, having a halt.
Alts in the camp.
And not just one, but yeah right and are you aware
of the general charges
uh... nice uh... haunting the discord filed under rule you're aware haunting the discord, uh, filed under rule.
You're aware of the rules, are you not?
Filed under the rule we have.
Rule number three, do not be weird.
And you're aware there are no warnings meaning if you're found guilty.
Traditionally speaking, you know, you're banned forever.
But here's the thing.
Yeah. Now let me be honest with you, Coda.
I'm not lying when I say this. I have seen all the evidence and
you are damn guilty by every, there is no way when faced with his evidence you're going
to be able to refute your guilt. Okay? Your guilt has been proven
behind the scenes.
Amirio told me, okay? So I know you're guilty. There's no way around it.
So before we have a trial, I just want to offer you a possibility confess to your crime and I'll
offer you a two-week ban and then you could just come back as code along we can go to normal
two-week ban. Uh you want to go to trial
and the stakes are if you're found guilty it's going to be perma ban. So do you
confess? Yeah, right. I'll confess.
So, name the alts, I already know by the way, but name the alts that you created.
The alts? Yeah.
Um, all the alts only except for Bucks Bunny and
Nai Ma or whatever it is, 990 or something.
Can you name the alts that you were using?
Yeah, one environment all names are also. Hello? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'll name the old time. I'll just go right a list over here.
All right, what do we got?
So Kong Junzi? Yeah.
Khodai, Saj, Kodal, Merkaba, knew that.
Yibbjit Chute, Marshall, Math, Kodalong, whereby, Bamiana,
Kung Fu, Chalkan, Faroo, Steel Monkey, Longoda, Pocket Full Mooncake, Rembos Seminac.
I like that you admitted your Rambos. That's nice. That was you. You were doing a different...
Can you do the Serbian voice for us?
I cannot put it on when I want to so easily.
So now the questions begin. Why did you do this? Why? What was the point?
And are there still alts that we even haven't discovered?
No. Have we banned all of these guys, Farook and everything? I'd say so. So what was the point of doing this? There was no point it was just to come into the channel and participate.
But why why did you say you were a Serbian guy?
I mean what was the point?
I don't know, it was just a bit of fun.
I mean like the whole wiping thing with the Alexa Zin, were you actually on the toilet?
Yeah.
You were actually, that's real, you were on the toilet?
Yeah.
And you were telling the truth about the different Alexas?
Uh, I have just one Alexa. Yeah.
So what was the point of all this? Like, what's the end goal?
There is no end goal. It was just a bit of fun. It just got out of hand a little bit.
All right, well, I gotta let you know something.
Uh... something. You still deny being Bucks Bunny? Definitely. Why do you deny that?
Well because Bucks Bunny was like what got me banned as code along and that was my longest sort of time on
On the chat without getting banned
But you had a history of making alt did you not?
Yeah, I did but like that was just a bit of fun like with Bucks Bunny, I thought like it was just harmless fun, but it turned out that he was malicious.
Well, the court is not convinced by your answer regarding Bucks Bunny and you not being him, Amirio would still like to pursue
prosecution on the charges of Bucks Bunny.
Yeah, that's fun. His evidence. So we are going to have to take this to trial
and we are submitting into evidence your pre-trial confession that you
were in fact were responsible for all the alts including Rambos. Yeah well
was the original reason that I was banned. It doesn't matter.
Now you're in some deep water, sir.
I have to tell you, you're in some deep water.
I don't know what the original reason was,
but this is quite the hefty list,
and you know, this needs to get sorted out.
We need to figure out what's going on.
Because I'm actually quite shocked.
Yes, I'm shocked also. Are you holy John C?
I don't think so. No, just tell the truth. We already know. I don't, like, I'm honestly, I have nothing to lose. I'm just telling you. Like, well, we have nothing to lose. Are you holy John C?
I could be. I can't remember, but yeah, I don't think so. Well, why do you so it is you yes?
Well, what what was the conversation that was had and then I can tell you for us me Only John C has a soy jack pig is their profile picture is that not you?
No. Yeah, that's you. I wouldn't use this. I wouldn't use the soy jack as a profile picture.
It's not a soy, it's just a, it's just like a pig.
A pig? Yes, so it's you?
Like, um, pepper pig or something.
So you, you have created so many alts you don't even... like pepper pig or something.
So you have created so many alts you don't even remember all of them. You just say it might be true because you just, you're so deep into this that it's like it may.
If I can see the alt, then I can tell you.
Profound.
Now, the crime that you stand accused of is engaging in self-conversation, talking to yourself in chat. I mean, what's the reason for that?
It's haunting. It's very scary.
It's haunting. I don't know, it's just experimentation.
And you know, who's the guinea pig? I mean, I come into chat at 5 a.m. and I just see people
talking and it's one guy talking to himself and everyone is just disturbed and wondering what's
going on and it's what's, what's, do you not see how this can be deceptive and
just destroying the sense of trust and well if you if you tell me how it was
destructive then yeah how is it destructive it's just making everyone lose
their minds everyone's just starting to question reality itself like what what's
are we in some are we in some I even alive is this thi this everyone should be
questioning reality is not what mothat what Marxism is?
Well, not to the point where you're imposing a disturbing, bizarre and just, you know,
overall discomforting, haunting atmosphere. Well, it was Halloween at the time that you mentioned haunting, so.
Thomas Brooke, the prosecution is not here, so it's not fair that only the defense is here.
However, I have to tell you that your client has confessed to all the crimes except the Bucks Bunny account,
which means we are going to have to take this to trial.
Your Honor, respect. Hello.
Emma. Hello?
Mike is not working.
We are going to be taking this to trial.
Please deal was rejected on his part.
Can you hear me?
Yeah.
Your Honor, and Coda, please, for the love of God, be quiet.
Oh my God.
Okay.
Your Honor, respectfully, this is not fulfilling his Fifth Amendment rights.
He did not have proper legal
representation and I would like to appeal to the fact the code is kind of an idiot.
And I was to take a real supreme time. He's qualified to represent himself in a
court of law. The pretrial symposium clearly holds that no representation legally is necessary.
The client withholds his Fifth Amendment rights on account of the fact there are no human rights recognized in the infrared server.
Understandable.
Understandable. But have we taken into consideration the fact that
Coda is kind of an idiot and you know normally an individual... I'm just a bit, I'm as a judge,
I have to say, I mean he's getting hit with a contempt of court definitely
because I'm just taking aback that he was Rambo.
I mean I knew he was Rambos, but to see him just confess he was Rambos.
All this time I was talking to the Serbian the Serbian guy had us all so convinced
Wasn't even cracking a smile. He wasn't even laughing the Serbian Rambos kept saying he was in
Sophia Bulgaria to meet his girlfriend and
Now his Alexa. I know just so I mean it's it's baffling what what was the reason for that what was the reason for that all right
I know it looks bad, okay?
It looks really bad.
I have to confess.
I can't confess.
It looks really bad.
I can admit that.
Just, Kota, why didn't you come in here with me?
Oh, okay.
Listen, we have a whole thing right now.
We didn't hold my hand. I didn't know what to do
We couldn't bring okay. Are we able to bring my paralegal in here? We have a
Paralegal assigned to this case can we bring him as well the whole idea is we were gonna bring the entire defense counsel and not just me
He's available.
Uh-huh.
So are we able to bring him in?
Who would you like to bring in?
Let me get his at. It's in Russian. Hold on.
One second.
Year zero, no glasses. Let me tag him. Yeah, he's in there. Hold on.
My medicine hadn't kicked in yet. That's why, because I didn't know what it was toen.
Kota, what, what is the basis of your fascination with all the various strange and bizarre topics
you like to talk about to yourself at 5 a.m. if you don't mind me asking?
I mean, what was the, what was the stuff about like AI and Satanism and exotic women?
Like what was the point of all that?
AI and Satanism. I didn't talk about Satanism. Yeah, you talked about a lot of spooky stuff.
It's just, I'd come in at 5 a.m. and it's all empty and it's just a guy talking to himself
with multiple sock puppets.
I don't know what, and talking about things that are just very strange.
What about AI? What about AI? about things that are just very strange.
What about AI is coming? Before you answer, allow your defense to come in.
Can I ask the court really quickly, just on a basic formality?
What exactly has Coda allegedly confessed to in the time in which I was not present?
He has confessed to the creation of, I mean, more than a dozen alts at least.
Um, but he's denying that he was Bucks Bunny, which I is not going to hold well for the prosecution, who rejects his...
He basically his plea deal, he rejected it because he didn't confess to all of the alt.
He just says it's all of them except the one that is the worst one, apparently.
Well, my paralegal, right, who I believe is going to try and join,
wants me to put forward into the court that the confession, as made by Codalong, cannot be admissible as evidence
because you guys haven't ascertained that the confession was made freely and voluntarily.
Now, Kota absolutely was made freely and voluntarily. Well, we have to ask Koda.
Was your confession made freely and voluntarily or was it made because you lacked representation in the court?
Well, because of that's not up to him. It's up to the judge.
Anyway, I'd like the jury to present the evidence of the Alexa incident.
Can we can we get the Alexa incident that I could play for the audience, for the jury?
Also, our paralegals in show queue, if you want to bring him in.
Well, you know, the defense is, they're kind of stacked.
So let's put, let's get, let's post in general chat the Alexa incident
Because you know we need to get to the bottom of this and
You know, I think Jay Summit had a link to the Alexa incident.
And I just want to show you the depths of depravity of this guy Kodalong and
just the extent of the madness. I mean, you may be an insanity plea deal would,
you, that might work, honestly.
But the Bucks Bunny thing is going to complicate a lot of this is what I have to say I'm definitely not Bucks Bunny
I mean there we go the trust is broken you know it's I told you I'm talking
Coda code up the only legal advice I could give you everyone everyone is shut up
Coda everyone everyone let's have some silence because I'm going to be playing the, um,
is this the whole trial?
I'm going to be playing the Alexa part.
Absolutely, your honor.
Hello, hey guys.
No, this is the whole trial.
Put it in the general chat.
I need the whole thing.
Someone linked the entire trial. I don't need that. I need the Alexa incident.
Well J-Sum had had it.
Maybe it's still in VC chat as well if anyone can find it. Maybe it's still in VC chat as well if anyone can find it. Could still be in the
VC chat. Someone posted it.
Now what I was saying, if I'm able to, before we begin this inspection of the last trial,
because I assume this is a pellet court, I would like to ask, obviously we have Kodalong's
somewhat questionable admission of guilt, but I wanted to ask, seeing as he
admitted guilt, how would it be possible for him to have all of these alt-acoucouns
if Discord's banning, I guess technology is based on IP. You're not banned on the account.
VPNs are more than a solution.
But was that, was that admitted into the court as an admission of guilt on Kodalong's part?
Did he testify that?
He didn't, he didn't need to, because where there's a will there's a way
and that's the opinion of the judge and uh... you know if he's confessing to creating all
these alts it's absolutely clear he was using Vpens.
All right let me let me take an aside but Coda long real quick.
Coda, Coda, you there?
Yeah.
Buddy, what are you doing, man?
They kind of got you dead to rights here, Coda.
Coda, they cut, what are you doing?
Why, why would you, if a Muriel would like to join as the prosecution for the pretrial symposium, that would be great.
I would love nothing more.
I see Amirio is in the chat. What's up, Amirio?
Maybe he's not available though. You know, it's not get our hopes up. He may not be available.
Okay, he's saying he's in show queue.
And Mario is in show queue, so, let's see.
All right, before anyone says anything, I want to play the Australian part.
Not, it's the Australian accent break. We need the part where he's
he's the Alexa part is... For Robbie, what's going on man? We need the Alexa part
specifically, the Alexa incident.
Okay, it's not the Alexa part.
So, Amirio, if you don't know what's going on, he has actually admitted to the creation of every single alt except which ones code along?
Uh, Buck's Bunny and, uh, yeah.
So, Muriel, what's the opinion of the prosecution as to the alts he claims innocence?
In regards to Buck Bunny, or Buck's Bunny, he joined originally as John Marshall, which is very suspicious, and he's admitted to being Marshall math.
So and he joined for 50 seconds that's what it says in logs before he left which
could mean he was kicked by discord probably because he had linked
his full number but there's no way of proving that because it's discord side
so let's go along are you sure you don't want to take the pretrial deal and just admit guilt?
We do, the defense counsel, no.
We do not want to take the pleading.
Well, it's up to, excuse me, it's up to the, it's up toto the defendant not up to the lawyer.
All right fair, as your defense counsel I will say that you should take the trial and do not take the plea deal.
Well I'm not going to take, admit something that I wasn't. So do you admit it to the creation of the
account Marshall Mathers did you not? Marshall Math yeah. Marshall Math and
it's a coincidence that Bucks Bunny originally joined as John Marshall.
Entirely specifies your honor.
I haven't analyzed.
Go ahead, Kodalong.
I haven't analyzed everything to do with that, but now I'm definitely not.
Amirio, what about the other account he denies being?
That other account he denies being?
That other account, well on Twitter it said, let me read it, a very creepy account.
Did Kodalong, did you or did you not adopt Amirio's profile picture and then claim
in DMs on Twitter that Amirio was being investigated? The only reason I used
his profile picture was to prove back to him that that was able
to be done.
That's the only reason I didn't.
But he's still banned me anyway, despite that.
So...
I'm not sure what that's why you
Codalong did you not say in the CM that a Murio is being investigated and that you claimed you were the infrared deep state
groundlessly and that Emirio was being investigated?
Well, yeah, what's wrong with being investigated?
So you said Amirio was being investigated?
What, on what grounds was Amirio being investigated?
Just so we know.
So banning me without hearing evidence.
So, but why were you saying you were the infrared deep state? Well, what was it saying that?
Exactly.
Why were you saying that?
So, son.
Your Honor, if I might object on, on Coda's behalf on this question, we all know Coda,
respectfully, to be someone who just speaks, you know, and Coda's speech in chat is more so
an experience than any sort of...
I want everyone to be back to evidence. I want everyone to I want everyone to be silence we need to the jury needs to hear
Is a pretrial symposium from recap from our last trial the Alexa incident and I would like everyone to hear the extent of the madness and depravity
of the defense's dishonest conduct. This is them as in the character Rambos who is a Serbian.
Okay, uh, are you, okay, so what's the hold up?
Hello Alexa?
What's the time is it?
We can't hear anything can you put the mic next to Alexa's?
We can hear. And radio...
Hello Alexa.
Alexa. What the time is it?
It's 123.
Okay.
Uh, can you please ask Alexa,
what country do you? Can you please ask Alexa what country?
Alexa? Alexa? To say, Alexa, what country do I live in?
What country am I in?
You don't have to get that specific.
All right, well you don't even have to do that, all right?
So, look, the problem is that in Serbia right now, the time is 3.24 a.m.
Are you aware of that?
You can just come back to the mic.
You don't have to worry about Alexa.
Are you aware of what the time is in Serbia right now?
Will the right on the gentleman give us a response or hello?
Is this still the audio or are you speaking to us?
I've been playing the audio.
One of you guys can still hear me at people saying it's effing out.
Yeah, okay.
I had a stream thinking we're back.
Ones if you can hear me.
Now, before we continue on.
Hold on.
We need to get. Oh, the audio is not done.
Okay, okay.
We need to get confirmation that people can hear the stream.
Two, threes of you can hear me.
The stream is severely delayed.
This is really bad.
Fuck.
Three's if you can hear me? People are spamming ones and now it's really delayed. Yeah, it's super delayed.
Fives if he can hear me.
Yeah, you might want to refresh the stream.
Yeah, you might want to refresh the stream. Yeah, I'm telling them all to refresh the stream.
Yeah, I'm telling them all to refresh it.
Okay.
Anyway, okay, we're back.
Um, so you didn't just hear the right honorable gentleman, right honorable gentleman, at time Rambos, claimed that they
were, they were, is Serbian, they were in Bulgaria or Serbia, where the time zone is
the same, and they went up to the Alaska, Alexa, and upon asking what time it was, Alexa said it was 124. That was the
time in Sydney, Australia. 124 p.m. That was all Sydney, Australia. And the time in Bulgaria was 454 and I think 354 or
something in Serbia so they just gave it away at the time that they were
Australian anyway your honor if I might make I'm statement, I want to ask the prosecution,
Amirio, do you think that it's worth it to trial to prosecute the question of whether he is
and they see what the jury's opinion is to see if he's, to see if he is, to see if he is, uh, to see if he is uh, to see if he is and they see what the jury's opinion is to see if he's uh...
to see if he is uh... in fact bucks money in the other account he claims to not be
not too sure. Um... he has been banivating for quite a long time. About 500 days.
I'm not sure how...
Can I pose a question to the prosecution? 500 days, really?
Can I pose a question to the prosecution seeing as he's also an expert on unbelievable.
Because he's making new accounts about every like, almost two days after he'd be banned.
Unbelievable. I mean almost two years. Unbelievable.
This is just...
So the other account that he denies,
NEPA joined to promote this Twitter account impersonating Avian. So the
account said Kodalong, the account tweeted, quote along is a fallen soldier who is a veteran of the IGG avian network,
hashtag unbaned Kodalong, hashtag Mongol mindset.
And Kodalong, you claim this isn't you? That's all me.
If he claims it's not him, then we'll just ignore that one.
It could be some other troll, but I don't know why they want to attacks themselves.
This is entirely hearsay.
This cannot be independently verified.
And I don't want to associate the other things that I can't say if it's false.
Your Honor, if I might speak now on behalf of Kodalong and ask the prosecution some questions
seeing as he's, like I said before, also an expert witness.
If I may, Your Honor.
Keep in mind this is a pretrial symposium.
I know, I know it's his arraignment. but what I wanted to ask as we lead into the trial at a later date
Now what we are discussing here is clearly an allegation let me emphasize an allegation of
ban evasion despite Despite his admissions into
the court, again that can be a challenge and we will, the defense counsel will
be pursuing a challenge to that. What I want to highlight here is a fact that as
we covered our initial trial documents and I sent
these to a Muriel if you would like to look at them that the way in which
discord defines ban evasion is that one has to be banned from a server and
have their account and IP be banned and then utilize methods
such as a VPN to go and circumvent that ban. Now I want to ask if Amirio has
the logs of these supposed alt accounts being banned, do we have confirmation
that the main codalong account, the one
that's present with us in the court today, was banned from the server at the time in which
these other accounts were interacting with the server?
Can you repeat that?
Let me let me break that down then.
Amirio, can you confirm in the logs that Kodalong's main account, the account that's
in chat with us right now, was banned, meaning completely banned from the server, his IP ban from the server,
while these other supposed alt accounts were in the server interacting with people being
an immemorial.
I don't understand.
So, okay, then exactly.
The fact that he interacts with him, supposedlythen exactly the fact that he interacts with him
supposedly himself the fact that his IP is not banned and his account is not
banned he's using a not and certain they're using a VPN. But regardless
discord defines banned circumvention according to their guidelines
as requiring that his name account. Boba take away. That his account be banned. Completely immaterial.
Objection. Objection. That's completely immaterial. Go then he circumvents the ban.
Objection, that's completely immaterial. Go ahead, Boba.
Prosecution. You can't object to the lawyer. That's our job.
Objection. Boba'll go ahead.
Yeah, so when I don't see the account, like, when I saw Colong talk, he sounded like he was like a
person, but he was kind of weird, isn't it? When he's then, he's always really the same, like,
lettering when he was talking in his new account.
You know what I mean?
Uh, not really, no.
This is entirely speculative, and he's not standing or swan.
Well, I don't know the update, but he's admitted to every single account except Bugs Bunny and one other one.
So we already know he is. He's already admitted. Yeah, he's like admitting to the code
along was operating under a freely and voluntary admission. Absolutely. Or was he held,
well that's a question for code along. Code along. You answer the question before.
Can you answer objectionthe question before you objection code long clearly freely admitted it because he also in his
capacity freely claimed that he was not bucks bunny so had he been compelled
he would have admitted he was bucks bunny he didn't your honor your honor I hate to play this card. I didn't want to play this card.
Can you please check VC chat?
I have a damning piece of evidence that I would like to submit to the court right now into
discovery in this pretrial symposium.
Go ahead.
What is this?
This is your evidence?
This is...
Now I need you to take a look at the figure here, okay?
As you can see...
How is this evidence?
Well, hold on. As you can clearly see, the prosecution, which would be Amirio, all the forces prosecuting Kodalong,
have been portrayed here as the Reddit Soyjack, with Kodalong being the Seizing Ping Chad and I ask a myri-
This is completely inadmissible. Someone someone
maintain the reverse is true.
Well I would ask him to approve that then.
You know this this is ridiculous ridiculous I'm gonna I'm gonna give you my verdict
until the trial on Thursday we go through it's very clear we're going through
with a trial the trial will take place on Thursday. The trial will be as to the
question of weather code along is in fact Bucks Bunny in which if he has found guilty
He will be banned permanently
The plea deal is suspended and dismissed so if it's if he is in fact found guilty of being Bucks Bunny, he will also be found guilty of all the other charges as well.
And I ask, oh sorry. Go ahead, yeah.
Oh, may I ask Kodalong about his interactions with Boba because he used like this singlish sort
of Chinese Malay impersonation or impression of him.
Can you go along?
Can you do the impression?
At one?
No, I mean like in text.
Okay.
And at one point he said he's part Chinese to Mons
to justify it. Is that true? I have Chinese ancestry. Yeah.
That so does that does that somehow justify the... What you were doing?
Well, it wasn't anything derogatory, that I said.
Okay, interesting.
Anyway...
I'm lonely.
I think you're just pretending though.
Entirely, hearsay. What's hearsay, entirely hearsay.
What's hearsay that hold on?
In the meantime, Koda is going to be placed in holding until the trial, of course.
Trial will be held on this Thursday, and we're going to get to the bottom of
what's going on. Maybe have a maybe have a time. Is there a confirmed time for the
trial?
Uh, the probably, probably 7 p.m. Eastern okay. Okay.
Coda are you able to attend this trial?
You were doing a lot of talking before C Koda. This would be great to an answer.
Okay.
All right.
Okay.
Wonderful.
All right, then the defense counsel, we rest.
We will be there.
We will be showing up.
And if all goes well, which we have no doubt at Shell, we will be countersuing against Amario
for his claims of slander against Kodalong. And we will be preparing motion to see. We will see about that.
But I have to say as a completely neutral judge, it's not looking good for Kodalong. I have to say that. But we're going to have
a trial, but I'm just saying, you know, really, well, that idea, not admitting, not
messing up. Look how that turned out. Really bad idea, not missing up to be in Bucks
Bunny. Anyway, uh, we are going to be in Bucks Bunny. Anyway, we are going to sign out. Okay, so, um, Kodalong's in some deep shit, all right?
He's in some deep, I mean, confessing to being all those guys, all those alts, I mean, it's
just, it's not, it's not, he's going into the alts, I mean, it's just it's not it's not he's going into the the
the the NKVD holding cell
But you know it is what it is.
This is going to be one of the biggest trials of the century.
Anyway, guys, I had a fun stream today.
Thursdays are going to be our regular stream days, and I look forward to seeing you guys
this Thursday.
Um, in the meantime, you know, I'm going to be hard at work.
As soon as I finish writing, I'm going to be returning to a far more regular daily streaming
schedule.
Depending on a few factors as Jackson confessed.
I am going to Russia soon.
So you're going to know all about that though because I'm going on business not vacation.
Anyway, guys, I will see you. How can a judge object over his own court?
Because he feels like it. Anyway guys, see you guys later. Bye-bye.
